J. Ryan Faber | Founder & President Public Adjuster License No. 2459088

J. Ryan Faber is the Founder and President of True View Commercial, a public insurance adjusting company that offers insurance claim adjusting and claim management services for commercial and residential real estate owners. With over a decade of insurance industry experience and a focus on large-loss commercial and residential claims, Ryan created True View Commercial and tailored its services to add substantial claim value to an underserved market in Texas.

As a previous Fortune 100 insurance company adjuster, Ryan successfully managed and adjusted national insurance claims while licensed across 28 states. Upon leaving his position as a company adjuster, Ryan gained related industry experience by partnering in the development of a forensic engineering firm that specialized in providing large-loss insurance claim forensic evaluations and general contracting services. As an Account Executive, Ryan worked directly with C-level executives, assessing and managing millions of dollars in restoration projects for commercial and industrial large-loss insurance claims specifc to privately held properties and portfolio managers.

Working on both sides of the claim process developed a core foundation for understanding how various materials are damaged, how to correctly identify relevant claim damage, why claims are either paid or denied, and the unique documentation needed to ensure a successful claim resolution.

Ryan holds a B.A. in Business Management, is a HAAG Engineering Certified Commercial Roof Inspector, and is a member of both the Texas Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (TAPIA) and the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA). Additionally, Ryan serves as an Advisory Board Member for Digitist, a national software company that develops web-based startups and digital systems for small businesses. When not working, he volunteers for multiple charity events throughout the community as well as the PTA for his son’s school.

Mr. Chris Rakowitz has over 15 years of extensive experience working directly with C-Level executives nationwide. As a seasoned independent claims adjuster for numerous major insurance carriers, Chris spent years honing his skills by working hurricane claims in Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana. Additionally, Chris has successfully adjusted thousands of commercial and residential roof claims across the country.

In 2020, Chris further narrowed his expertise after accepting an assignment for total loss wildfire claims in California. Chris’s in-depth experience with a wide variety of claims allowed him to successfully adjust and manage large and complex residential and commercial claims related to the 2021 Texas Freeze Event (Winter Storm Uri) and the 2022 Jacksboro, Texas tornado. Chris’ experience with a wide variety of carriers and policies makes him an ideal guide for helping our clients through complex claim processes and perfect fit as Director, Large Loss at True View Commercial. He greets the insurance adjusting process with action-oriented enthusiasm and excels at compelling all parties to effectively work together to achieve a positive claim outcome. Chris’s executive experience, solution-centric processes, and sales and negotiating skills make him a strong advocate for policyholders. As a Public Adjuster, Chris is an Associate Member of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA).

A native Texan, Chris graduated from the University of Texas – Austin with a BA-Economics. Prior to working in the insurance industry, Chris was a founder of Ameritime Mortgage, a nationwide mortgage brokerage, and was President of The Epicenter Group, a software company that produced proprietary digital signature software. With extensive construction experience and management of over a dozen rental properties over 10+ years, Chris has a very thorough knowledge of construction and CAD-based software. Recently an empty nester, he and his wife are now focused on their twins’ college experience.

Ms. Leah Marr joined True View Commercial as a Large Loss Adjuster with over a decade of experience as a licensed insurance adjuster and over 15 years of experience as a CEO in the construction industry. She is committed to providing insureds with the highest level of expertise while guiding them through the complicated and complex world of commercial and residential property claims.

Furthering her education and dedication to the insurance industry, Leah earned her Level 3 Xactimate Certification, a highly regarded achievement in the claims estimating profession. Additionally, she serves as Founder and CEO of iClaims Pro, a top-rated Xactimate Certified Training and Consulting Firm designated as one of only 7 Xactimate Certified Trainers in the state of Texas and one of 46 nationwide.

Leah’s deep understanding of insurance law and interpreting policy language combined with her ability to negotiate complex losses ensures that her clients receive the maximum settlements they deserve. David Hamil | Account Executive, Public Adjuster Public Adjuster License No. 2944735
Xactimate – Level 2 Certification

In 2017, David personally suffered from the catastrophic devastation of Hurricane Harvey which destroyed his business, personal property, and turned his life upside down. As an insured with little knowledge of the recovery process, David’s experience with his insurance company’s improper handling of his claim compelled him to begin a carrier in the insurance industry to assist others in having a successful claim experience.

Entering the insurance field as an apprentice with Crawford & Company, the largest Catastrophe claims management company in the world, David received extensive training in every aspect of insurance claim management. Completing rigorous coursework including in claim disciplines including mitigation, Fire, Flood, Wind, and Hail. David earned certification to handle claims with State Farm, Allstate, USAA, Assurant, and NFIP Flood (FEMA).

David possesses experience in residential construction by assisting his father who was a custom home builder in Kingwood, TX in the 1980s. Growing up around construction in the family he gained hands-on experience in the construction process beginning with the pouring of the foundation, framing techniques, drywall, and cabinetry installation. He also obtained experience with electrical wiring, plumbing, and HVAC. With Level 2- Xactimate Certification, David is diligent in assessing policy coverage, investigating losses, and estimating property damage. David has been cross-trained to handle claims for multiple insurance carriers from the desk, and the field, as well as responding to major weather events as a Catastrophe (CAT) Adjuster.

Christian Lampe joined True View Commercial with expertise pertaining to Commercial and Residential Insurance Claim Adjusting and Construction. With a professional background rooted in integrity and a commitment to helping others, Christian has built a reputation for providing exceptional claim service, expert policy interpretation, and achieving optimal outcomes for our clients.

Christian experience spans an extensive portfolio of claims, specializing in investigating and documenting residential and commercial physical damage claims. His expertise in assessing and evaluating damage, coupled with his meticulous attention to detail, enables him to negotiate fair and accurate settlements for policyholders.

Additionally, Christian relies on his years of hands-on experience as a home remodeling consultant, where he focused on building envelope and interior restoration. This experience provided him with invaluable knowledge of construction and property restoration, further enhancing his ability to advocate for clients during the claims process.

Prior to becoming a public adjuster, Christian served with distinction in the Army Airborne Infantry, honing his leadership skills, discipline, and dedication to serving others. Gerard Leblanc | Manager, Contents

Mr. Gerard LeBlanc, as the Manager of Contents at True View Commercial, utilizes his vast experience in Unscheduled Personal Property evaluations and documentation to best serve our clients. Gerard’s extensive experience spans years of service for insurance companies, independent adjusters, and Public Adjusters.

Gerard’s unique personal story makes him a perfect partner for insureds who have suffered a severe loss. Just two days after Christmas in 2005, Gerard experienced a total loss fire at his residence. He quickly realized firsthand there were many areas in his insurance claim where service and communication needed improvement. As an insured, Gerard was forced to navigate his claim alone, and since there were very limited services offering contents evaluations, he was left to stumble through his claim for nearly a year. Ultimately, the frustration he experienced left him determined to improve the insurance contents evaluation process so that others would not be left feeling helpless.

With his experience in renovating homes and in real estate investing, Gerard set out to become an expert in the insurance claim process with a focus on contents evaluation processes.

Notably, Gerard has traveled to 41 states throughout the United States and has traveled to 32 countries spanning 5 continents. Each unique experience has given him insight into the different cultures of people who live in the United States and allows him to provide an enhanced client experience for our internationally diverse portfolio of clients. He takes pride in his ability to transcend all cultures and religions to be able to concentrate on the individual and their loss.
