As public insurance adjusters, we often meet families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. A catastrophic residential fire can take away a home, personal belongings, and a family's sense of stability in an instant. We see the devastation and turmoil families experience firsthand, but we also see how friends, family, and neighbors respond. Neighbors and communities always find a way to pull together, helping families find some sense of normalcy when everything seems so uncertain.
